Former UFC middleweight champion Luke Rockhold will hold a grappling bout against Craig Jones on September 21 at Pais Arena in Jerusalem. The bout will take place at the Israel Fight Night mixed martial arts tournament.
Rockhold left the UFC after losing to Paulo Costa by unanimous decision at UFC 278 in August 2022. In April 2023, Luke made his debut in the BKFC fist-fighting league, losing to Mike Perry by technical knockout in the second round. He has 16 wins and six losses under his belt.
Jones is a two-time ADCC silver medalist. He is a jiu-jitsu coach of UFC featherweight champion Alex Volkanovski.
